Dogs in ballroom crating area after show hours

If you are going to leave your dogs in the hotel ballroom crating area overnight, you MUST arrange with anyone else who is leaving dogs for one of you to stay there with the dogs during the night. Someone will need to monitor the dogs so they don't disturb other guests in the hotel from 10:00 PM until 8:00 AM. There will be a camp bed available to use with your own bedding. Anyone leaving dogs in the crating area will be asked to fill out a notecard with emergency contact information to place on your dog's crate. This is a curtesy extended to us by the hotel, so please do not abuse it.
